Gub Gub The Troll

There once lived a troll in the library. He was not known by many but he knew everybody. His tummy was usually empty because he had to wait for scraps lost. In searching the dark his whole life his eyes had adapted to night. So when his dilated eyes spotted what his nose had led him to He could name the corpse of the young man that of Gub Gub never knew. Stomach growling and meat still fresh the troll waited not to snag cloth in claw and drag the heart pierced faded youth into the slot meant for basement bound books.
