(Vux) Psi Defense

SG 85/25: Form, Will, Motion & Order zens applied to holding an improved mental toughness stance with defense against psi specifically in mind. Psi to a degree is prevented from influencing. This stance also resists damage to the brain when distracted while applying zen (distraction damage), though not as effective as "Iron Mind". Note this does not prevent distraction damage, but rather reduces its effects.

(Mux) Immobile Body

SG 85/25: Form, Will, Motion & Order zens applied to holding an immobile stance. Rooted to the ground and hooked in place. Flow hooks go out in every direction so can be like a rock in a river that has a base buried deep. Though it is related to the "Absorb Impact" stances and has the effect of reducing damage about equal to the "Minor" stance, Mux is about transference not absorption. Note this needs to be done where the earth is strong, because this stance borrows properties of it--though on the elemental aspect chart immobility is a metal thing, but really it is a combination of earth and metal because the force simply travels through.

(Nay) Environmental Resistance, Major

SG 90/25: Form, Will, Motion, Awareness & Order zens applied to holding a stance that primarily resists change in temperature. "Hide" is a related stance that students are often asked to study with Nai. Note "Hide" is too closely related to be held at the same time as Nai. Also note, that which affects the senses extremely is dulled. This dulling applies to bright flashes, loud sounds, and strong smells as much as it does to extreme pain or pleasure. Also note, the body's temperature change is slowed not stopped by this stance.

(Lo) Iron Skin

SG 100/30: Form, Will, Motion, Awareness & Order zens applied to holding a protective stance that makes the skin tougher, particularly against cuts or tearing.

(Lay) Iron Discipline

SG 100/20: Form, Will, Order, & Ritual zens applied to holding a stance that provides a stable foundation for the conscious mind. Discipline is easier to maintain. Mental balance and confidence level also benefit. This means that greater multitasking is possible and skills held are better defended, while becoming a more natural leader.
