Decompo

Endangered self falling into disrepair My teeth rot and my gums bleed In my stomach nothing but a knot of air I’m desperate for a way to feed Chipped canines are dulled blades Covered in rust colored plaque I’ve grown feeble with old age And haunt with a hunched back The humidity makes every joint ache My memory has shrunk to yesterday It takes till noon for my mind to wake While I have to give my body all day I’ve had to let my eyes retire And let my fingers do the seeing Light is no better then texture Temperature has replaced shading I’m adapting to this dank place I think my skin has turned green And hairy bumps grow on my face Like a troll I’ve become quite mean
